What should I do if I forget my password?

Please head over to the member app and select Forgot password? 

Then enter the email address associated to your Simplicity account and a reset code will be sent to you.

If you haven't received the email, please double check:
a) your Spam folder
b) you're using the email address we have registered to your account

If you still cannot locate the password reset email, please contact us here and one of our team will be in touch to assist you.
