How do I apply for a home loan?

If you’re a Simplicity KiwiSaver member, you can apply through your account on the Simplicity website. Home Loan applications aren’t currently available in the member app.
  1. Log in to your Simplicity account
  2. From the Accounts screen, select Home Loans (you may need to scroll across)
  3. Complete the online application form
