To initiate a withdrawal from your investment account:
1. Log in to the member app and select your Investment Account
2. Scroll down to Your funds and select the fund you would like to withdraw from.
3. Click on Withdrawals under Manage your fund
3. Follow the steps to verify your bank account and select the amount you’d like to withdraw.
For trusts and companies, please complete the consent form with signatures of all the trustees/directors and upload as part of your withdrawal request.
It takes 3-4 working days for the funds to arrive in your nominated bank account once we’ve received the request.
