Multi-factor authentication, or MFA, adds an extra layer of security to your Simplicity account and helps protect your money.

You can choose from three MFA options:

1. Authenticator app — use an app such as Google Authenticator (Apple app store/Google Play) Microsoft Authenticator or Authy to generate a login code.
2. Text message — receive a one-time code by SMS when you log in.
3. Passkey — use your device’s security features, such as fingerprint, facial recognition, PIN or pattern.

We recommend setting up more than one MFA method, so you can still access your account if one method is unavailable.
