How do I update my email address?

To change your email address, please follow the steps below:

1. Log in to the member app

2. Select the Profile

3. If you have access to more than one profile, such as a child’s account, you will have to update the address on each profile

4. Click on Edit details

5. Update the email address and hit Save details

6. You’ll then receive an email with instructions to Verify this email address

Once you've completed the steps above, you'll receive a new welcome email within 1-2 working days. This includes a temporary password link to set up your new login details under your new email address. Please note that the link will expire after 24 hours.
