To change your email address please follow the below steps:
Log into your Member App here and select one of your accounts (if you have multiple accounts, you'll need to update the email address for each account):
On the left-hand menu please select the 'My info'tab, select this - on mobile, click on the menu icon to view the tabs ():
On to the 'Member Details' section, click 'Edit details', and enter your new email address under the 'Email / Username' section. Then click 'Save Details'
You’ll then receive a verification email. Once received, click on 'Verify this email address'.
Once you've completed the steps above you'll receive a new welcome email within 1-2 working days. This includes a temporary password link to set up your new login details under your new email address. Please note, the link will expire after 24 hours.
