When your child turns 18, you can transfer access to them by updating the email address on their account.

To do this:

1. Log in to your Simplicity online account.
2. Go to Profile.
3. Update the email address on your child's account to their own email address.

This will remove the account from your online login and allow your child to create and manage their own online access.
