How does the Simplicity member app work?

Once we’ve processed your application, we’ll email you instructions for logging in to the Simplicity member app.

Haven’t received your login email? Please check your spam or junk folder first. If you still can’t find it, email us at info@simplicity.kiwi and we’ll help.

To get started, you will need to download the Simplicity member app from the App Store or Google Play, then click the button below and follow the prompts to set your password and login to your Simplicity account.

Prefer to use a browser? You can also access your account at app.simplicity.kiwi.

Once you’re logged in, you can:

view your balance and transactions
update your personal details
access useful tools and calculators
manage your account settings
