If you're transferring from another KiwiSaver provider, your balance will show as zero until we receive the funds.
Simplicity will take care of this transfer. Your previous provider must transfer your funds within 10 working days, however it can take 1-2 working days to initiate this process and another 2-3 working days for Simplicity to process the funds upon receipt, so it could take up to 15 working days.
And it could take a further 5 working days if there's been a mismatch of information (such as a changed surname). The main thing to understand is that, even if you can't see the money in your account yet, it's safe. If you have any concerns please get in touch at info@simplicity.kiwi.
