Who can enter the refinancing ballot?

To enter, at least one applicant must:

  • Be a Simplicity KiwiSaver member,
  • Live in your first home, which must also be your main residence,
  • Be refinancing your existing first home loan, and
  • Not own any other property.


Applications must be made by individuals, not companies, trusts or partnerships.
