If you're a Simplicity KiwiSaver member and already own your first home, you now have the chance to refinance your existing home loan with one of our low-cost Simplicity First Home Loans.
We run a monthly ballot. Each month, a limited number of eligible members are randomly selected and invited to apply for a refinancing loan. For more information and to join the ballot, simply login to your Simplicity account,
click on your KiwiSaver fund and then go to Home Loans in the menu.
