How do I log in to my online account for the first time?
To access your Simplicity account for the first time, you’ll need to set up your login details.
Get started by downloading the Simplicity member app from the App Store or Google Play. Then click the button in the email we sent you, to set your password.
Prefer to access your account online? You can also set up your access at app.simplicity.kiwi.
If the link in your email has expired, please email us at info@simplicity.kiwi or go to the account setup page. You’ll need to enter:
the email address linked to your Simplicity account
your IRD number
Once submitted, we will send you an email with the next steps. Please check your inbox and spam or junk folder for the email.
If you’ve logged in before but have forgotten your password, you’ll receive a reset link and code. For security reasons, these expire after 24 hours.
