How do I log in to my online account for the first time?
If you're trying to access your Simplicity account for the first time or are unsure whether you've logged in before, please follow these instructions:
Go to the account setup page here. - enter your email address (make sure it's the one linked to your Simplicity account). - enter your IRD number.
Click "Submit."
If successful, you'll see a confirmation message like the one below. Please check your inbox for a welcome email or, if you've logged in before, a reset link and code (which expires after 24 hours).
